We will be happy to issue a full refund or store credit. If we made a mistake or if the item you received does not match the description, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund.

Its super light frame uses carbon fiber FACT 10r. Its stiffness levels are excellent and its brand new geometry is even faster and more efficient than its predecessor.
Named Future Shockthe new suspension offers a travel of 20 mm of travel over the steering tube. This technology, developed in partnership with McLaren Applied Technologies, offers a range of dramatic performance improvements, particularly in terms of vertical compliance.
Finally, the Roubaix Comp is equipped with excellent components, such as the Shimano Ultegra 8000 11-speed mechanical transmission, Shimano 8070 hydraulic disc brakes and DT R470 Disc ultra-strong wheels.
