Cube engineers have given this frame a refined design that combines the proven power and versatility of Bosch VÆ technology with CUBE's years of experience in designing mountain bikes that are as stylish as they are powerful. Add to that the smoothness of the Fox 34 Rhythm fork, Shimano XT 11-speed drivetrain, powerful hydraulic disc brakes (with 4-piston front caliper), Newmen cockpit components and a telescopic seatpost, and you'll find this is an ideal machine for off-road explorers. Ride farther, faster and more often: the trails are waiting for you.
One look is all it takes to see how special this bike is. The design team created a sophisticated gravity-molded bottom tube and bottom bracket to house the Bosch CX drive unit and the Battery PowerTube. This one has several advantages. First, it's incredibly elegant. Second, it keeps the Reaction Hybrid SLT's center of gravity as low as possible for a better ride. Finally, it provides a surprisingly rigid backbone to the entire frame. You can even load the Battery without removing it from the frame. The internal cable routing contributes to the clean look of the whole thing, and ensures smooth shifting even in the muddiest conditions, and there's room for up to two bottle cage mounts so you can stay hydrated even on the longest rides.
